For the seventh time, the Digital Poland Foundation will announce 18 leaders to be included in the prestigious list of Digital Shapers - outstanding personalities of the digital world. Individuals awarded the title of Digital Shapers demonstrate not only technological knowledge, but, above all, leadership skills and innovation," says Piotr Ciski, President of the Management Board of Grupa Symfonia and Chairman of the Digital Academy
Who is the Digital Shaper through the eyes of the competition's Chapter President?
Those awarded the title of Digital Shapers demonstrate not only technological expertise, but above all leadership and innovation. They are people who can effectively use technology to solve important social and business problems. Last year we awarded 19 outstanding personalities in five different categories, and now there will be even more, as we have another category - collaboration. It may seem surprising in a technology competition, where hard, measurable skills are usually rewarded. However, its introduction reflects a fundamental truth about digital transformation - even the best technology solutions will not deliver the expected results without effective collaboration between people, teams and organisations. In the era of artificial intelligence and automation, it is soft skills, especially the ability to build bridges between different stakeholders, that are becoming a key factor in the success of technology projects - says Piotr Ciski, CEO of Symfonia Group in an interview with Business Insider Polska
