"There were different positions at the summit, particularly from the US and the UK. The reason why the UK did not sign the joint declaration after the summit was that it lacked a bit of specificity, although this is a bit of a sweeping answer. I think it's more the UK that wants to get closer to the US here, and the US has made it clear that they don't want to restrict the development of artificial intelligence at all."

Piotr Mieczkowski, managing director of the Digital Poland Foundation and board member of the European AI Forum, said on Radio RMF24. In an interview with Kuba Sliwinski, he commented on the findings of the AI Action Summit in Paris.
