Today, the development of artificial intelligence is not only about technology, but above all about hard business, regulations and ethics. On 13 March 2026, we invite you to a free online conference, AI Made in Poland, for which we are the media patron. There will be two thematic blocks, the best experts in the country and discussions about real AI implementations in the Polish context. Why is it worth attending?
Emotions are running high – the voting stage of the 8th edition of the ‘Digital Oscars’ has officially come to an end! The votes of over 260 members of the Digital Academy have been counted and the verdict is in. Now there is only one question left: who will receive the title of Digital Shaper 2025? The grand finale and announcement of the results will take place on 9 March during the 18th TIME Economic Forum gala.
The world of new technologies is racing ahead, and with it, threats that just a few years ago seemed like something out of science fiction are evolving. Today, artificial intelligence, deepfakes and ubiquitous algorithms are part of our everyday lives, which, although fascinating, pose enormous challenges for Polish society.
The countdown to the selection of this year's Digital Shapers is underway. A group of over 260 Digital Academy members is currently selecting innovation leaders in an anonymous vote, and we will find out who they are on 9 March 2026. This year's edition will culminate in a ceremonial announcement of the results during the gala evening of the 18th TIME Economic Forum. Learn more about the selection process and the partners who support the development of the digital ecosystem in Poland.
Hundreds of inspiring applications, including those from guardians, closed the recruitment process for the 8th edition of Digital Shapers – the jury's verdict will be announced shortly!
Although AI is already present in almost every company, the real challenge remains the lack of experts capable of translating technology into real results. The answer to this gap are two innovative postgraduate programmes at SWPS University: Human-Machine Interaction and Creativity of the Future. Under the expert guidance of Dr Katarzyna Drogowska from TVN Warner Bros. Discovery, participants learn how to design modern processes, manage teams in the age of algorithms, and monetise digital content while maintaining full control over the technology.
The Polish digital economy has its outstanding personalities, and we have just begun our search for new visionaries. At the beginning of the year, recruitment for the 8th edition of Digital Shapers began. This is a prestigious list of leaders in the new technology sector, known as the "Digital Oscars". It is a unique moment to recognise those whose innovation and expertise are changing our reality in six key categories.
Digital transformation knows no age limits, and Warsaw's senior citizens are the best proof of this. Instead of spending hours waiting in queues at government offices, they can now do everything with a few clicks from the comfort of their own homes. Over 300 residents of the capital took part in a pioneering project by the Digital Poland Foundation, which opened the door to the world of municipal e-services for them.
Our experts have joined the Panoptykon Foundation's appeal for the urgent implementation of the Digital Services Act (DSA) in Poland. We signed the appeal in the belief that responsible digital transformation must effectively protect children and young people from the harmful practices of the largest online platforms.
We wish you a warm and peaceful Christmas and success in the coming year 2025. We hope you will be able to distinguish between what is loud and what is important, and have the courage to focus solely on the latter in the new year.
We have had a wonderful time learning and making digital discoveries! We have completed a series of free training courses entitled ‘Modern Senior in Warsaw’, which took place in three districts of Warsaw: Bielany, Żoliborz and Mokotów. During these few weeks, over 300 seniors enthusiastically discovered how to quickly, safely and conveniently take care of official matters and use municipal e-services without leaving home. Read about what this edition looked like, what we learned, and where you can find practical materials if you were unable to attend the meeting!
The 7th edition of the Digital Festival, Poland's largest event combining new technologies with digital education, has just come to an end. For six weeks the festival showed how important connectivity is in everyday life, business and administration. This year's theme – "connectivity as the lifeblood of a modern state" – perfectly captured what was happening throughout Poland.
